These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods from this website you must be 18 or over and accept delivery within the UK.

Great care is taken to detail precise and accurate information on all of our products. To the best of our knowledge all products are accurately detailed on this website.

Any typographical, pricing, clerical, omission or error in any information on this website shall be subject to correction as soon as possible and without any liability to Proclere.

4. Payment and Pricing

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice and will be detailed on our website. All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate. Prices are shown in £GBP sterling.   We accept payment in a secure environment by credit and debit card, we currently accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and all major credit and Debit cards, excluding American Express.

In the case of order cancellation or a refund is required we will credit your payment method as soon as possible but in the event no later than 30 days from date of purchase.

5. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order placed via this website and entitled to a full refund of the cost of the product up to 21 days after you receive your goods. 6. Delivery Information and Shipping Rates

UK Delivery:
First Class £5 per order
UK 48 hour special delivery £7.50 (working days)

UK deliveries are by Royal Mail. Larger consignments containing multiple items are delivered by Parcelforce. All other deliveries are fulfilled by standard mail, orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days we aim to notify you wherever possible delays beyond this time.

Goods can only be delivered to the address on the original order and cannot be re-routed once order is confirmed.

7. Product Availability

Our aim is make available all of our products for sale through this website, however occasionally an item may be out of stock and if this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to discontinue any of our products at any time without notice. Any discontinued product will be removed from this website as soon as possible.

Secure Payments

Our Payment Service Provider is Opayo (formerly SagePay). Opayo provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

Opayo uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Opayo systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

Opayo is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

Opayo is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
